Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all ChirpTM garment tags are intact and the packing slip is included.

  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
